Appointments & Treatment
An online or offline appointment only indicates a probable time. The doctor's availability and schedule may change due to emergencies.
All medical information provided on our website is for general knowledge only and is not a substitute for a doctor's direct clinical advice. Every patient's physical condition may differ, so treatment results may vary from person to person.

3. Patient Responsibilities
Providing Accurate Information
The patient must provide an accurate history of their current health condition, any allergies, and previous treatments. The clinic authority shall not be liable for any complications arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Post-treatment Care (Follow-up)
It is the patient's essential responsibility to properly follow all the doctor's instructions (such as medication rules, diet, and rest).
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We value the time of our doctors and other patients. Therefore, the following rules apply to appointment cancellation or rescheduling:
